How do I find my belt size?
We are committed to delivering perfect fitting belts. That being said, please follow our sizing guide (below) to ensure the proper fit. If you still have questions, give us a call--we are happy to walk you through the process!
Sizing Method 1: Lay your current belt on a flat surface. Measure the distance from the current hole you use to the base of the buckle.
Sizing Method 2: Loop a measuring tape (or "tailor's tape") through the belt loops on your favorite pair of pants. Pull the tape snug (like a belt) and your size is where the 'zero' overlaps.
How do I care for my Ranchlands leather goods?
Each of our leather goods are made from premium quality leather, which came from a living, breathing animal. As a result, it should be maintained with a little bit of love. Simply give your product an occasional cleaning and conditioning. Our favorite is Skidmore's Leather Cream. How can I get my Ranchlands goods repaired?
We guarantee our products, but leather is a natural material that may eventually require maintenance and repair. Our shop is equipped to give your leather goods a second life--or third! Just give us a call or shoot us an email to discuss your needs. More info on our Repair and Care page.
Why does delivery take up to three weeks?
Our shop is small and we believe in handmade QUALITY goods. These things take time and diligence, so please understand that your item may take three weeks for delivery.
Can I order from Ranchlands over the phone or in person?
We try to make the online shopping experience as easy as possible, but we are more than happy to take orders via phone or email. Just contact us 719.683.7961 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
If you need to change your order, don’t worry, it happens! We have a small window before your product will be added to the shop’s queue. The best and fastest way is to email email@example.com and describe what needs to be changed.
Which destinations will Ranchlands ship to?
We can ship to most countries, but shipping prices may need to be adjusted. If you aren’t able to ship to your desired location, just send us an email or call and we will help you troubleshoot.
When will my order ship?
Since many products are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks before you receive a shipping confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number to track your package.
How do I return my order?
Making a return is easy. You have 30 days to decide if you will keep your product. If you need to return an item simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that Ranchlands cannot accept returns on customized product. This includes custom design work, personalized and embossed items.
What is the Ranchlands return policy?
We hope you’ll enjoy your product for years or decades to come. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, we will accept a return within 30 days.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Unless the product is faulty, the shipping and return costs will not be refunded. Sales taxes are also non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Where is my refund?
After we receive your return, we will have a team member check the product and then issue the refund. An email will be sent to you when the refund has been issued. Please allow two weeks for us to process returns.
